I have more than 2+ years of experience working at HR Consulting and legal advisory.

I have extensive knowledge in HR tools, including HR ERP development, conducting benchmark studies, and managing payroll processing and legal compliance.

Before I graduated, I decided that I wanted to study a Master of Human Resources. I haven’t had professional experience on that field, but I got business experience because I worked on three different companies since 2019.

I think that my artistic and creative part is what makes me unique.

I’m also a person who likes to get out of her comfort zone, in fact I decided to leave my country to study in Madrid. I’d be happy to share with you my Advantere experience.

My passion is to dance and to sing. I love to go to a karaoke and just have fun with people. I really enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, I love to travel and get to know new places.

One might wonder how I ended up studying a business orientated masters, instead of following my bachelors and settling for the legal sector.

I studied a management degree and complemented it by leading the student’s union of my university, one major national academic project, and being part of an international impact project.

After two years of professional experience, I was looking for a utopic high-level masters that could also prepare me for the future social challenges, which I found in Advantere.

I received a 4-year tutoring in Geographical studies, in the premium University of Ghana.

My life has been enriched with both diverse corporate and social experiences.

Including a 2 year work credit in Migration and International Development. Furthermore, I maximized my time with an NGO doubling as a consultant and an executive assistant to the COO. I am particularly interested as well in the marginalized minority of persons with disability having had a personal experience. This somewhat, points me to my passion for impact and humanitarian service. I remotely serve as an advocate for Neonatal and Prematurity Care during childbirth in Ghana.
