Yes, it is an official degree that follows the European Higher Education Area(EHEA) standards. It allows access to PhD programs, public sector jobs, and official professional pathways.
The Master in Talent Management is designed for graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in people management, HR, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Typical backgrounds include business, psychology, social sciences, law, and related fields.

How does the admissions process work?
