The Advantere 2025-26 journey officially started on Monday, September 15, with a vibrant ceremony. Students, alumni, and faculty gathered to celebrate the beginning of a year filled with learning, collaboration, and purpose. This moment marked the first step in a shared adventure where innovation and impact will guide every experience.
Welcome and Vision
The day opened with a message from Dr. Juan de la Guardia, Managing Director, who invited students to lead with courage and responsibility. Later, Isabel Janeiro, Director of Marketing, International Development, and Admissions, shared the school’s vision for the future. Her insights emphasized diversity and collaboration as key values of Advantere 2025-26.






Alumni Inspiration
Alumni from different programs and years also joined the celebration. Daniela Salas (Master in Talent Management, HR – 2025), Paula Jiménez (Master in Finance – 2023), and Juan Ignacio Rossi (Master in International Management – 23) shared their reflections with the new cohort.
They spoke about embracing challenges, making the most of opportunities, and staying curious throughout the journey. Their experiences showed how Advantere shapes not only careers but also mindsets ready to create impact worldwide.

Activities to Build Community
Dynamic sessions closed the day with energy and creativity:
- A session of Music Training Lab by Mercè Mateo and Oliver Watson, showing how collaboration and creativity can build stronger bonds.
- A Business Game led by Robert Antonides, Co-Director of the MIM, designed to strengthen teamwork and decision-making.

This year, Advantere welcomes 90 students from 32 nationalities. Such diversity reflects the school’s mission to create a global community of learning, impact, and transformation.
