Meaningful education starts from within. That’s why well-being and culture at Advantere are not extras; they are essential.
This year, we’ve shaped a learning environment rooted in care, connection, and shared purpose, where students and staff grow together, not just academically, but as a community.

Leadership That Begins with Self-Knowledge

Personal growth is a cornerstone of our approach. During the Pre-Master Bootcamp, students visited Loyola Sanctuary, the birthplace of Saint Ignatius. This powerful experience introduced them to Ignatian leadership, an invitation to reflect, lead with purpose, and serve the greater good.

Additionally, reflection workshops at Casa de Oración deepened this journey. Guided by professionals like Patricia Gil-Casares and Bill Holden, students explored personal leadership, communication, and strengths through the CliftonStrengths tool.
Each session encouraged them to lead with clarity, confidence, and values.

A Mentoring Model That Connects

At Advantere, every student is paired with a mentor. This connection supports their goals, values, and professional growth throughout the year.
It’s more than guidance, it’s a safe space to ask questions, build direction, and feel supported.

Beyond our internal program, four of our students were selected for the WAS (Women Action Sustainability) external mentoring initiative.
This program links students with leading professionals in sustainability, offering insight into how to integrate purpose into any career path.

Celebrating Diversity, One Dish at a Time

Culture and connection go hand in hand. Through Bring a Bite, students from 19 countries shared homemade dishes in a celebration of identity and belonging. This event wasn’t just about food, it was about shared stories and mutual respect.

In the same spirit, our Pizza Social Breaks offered informal spaces to connect beyond class. For instance, MIM graduate Alberto Muñoz returned to speak with current students, reminding us that meaningful conversations often begin over a shared meal.

At Advantere, we’re all about creating spaces where students, faculty, and alumni connect :apretón-manos:. Our first Pizza Social Break featured great convos :bocadillo_de_diálogo:, amazing people :birrete:, and yes… LOTS of pizza. #fyp #advantere #studyinmadrid #studentlife

Empowering Women. Amplifying Voices.

Gender equity is part of our culture. Through the WomAntere initiative, students celebrated inspiring women during International Women’s Day. They created a visual wall on campus filled with names, messages, and tributes.

In addition, leadership talks and I Am Remarkable sessions empowered students to share their voice, reflect on visibility, and build confidence in inclusive spaces.

A Purpose-Driven Culture of Well-Being at Advantere

Throughout the year, newsletters, coaching, and community campaigns helped shape a shared culture grounded in well-being and values.
From silent retreats to Football Jersey Friday, each initiative reminded us that impact starts with how we show up for each other.

Well-being and culture at Advantere are more than internal actions: they are the foundation for future leaders who will build a better world.
