The MTM Buddy Programme brings together current Master in Talent Management students and MTM alumni for a unique experience of learning, mentorship, and personal growth.
During the programme launch event, students connected with their “eldest brothers and sisters” — alumni who are now developing their careers across a wide variety of roles and organizations. Through open conversations and shared reflections, students gained insight into different professional paths and learned how their peers transitioned from university to the workplace.
The atmosphere throughout the event highlighted the strong sense of community that defines Advantere. More than a mentoring initiative, the Buddy Programme fosters genuine human connection, mutual support, and purpose-driven growth.

The buddy program it’s an amazing opportunity to really understand what’s like to work on a company in HR. I’m taking advantage to know how is the culture, the inside, which is something we don’t really get to know, or not so much in detail. Also is nice to receive orientation from someone more experienced. What I consider the most important is the availability of the buddies, to give time to share open some time of their bussy schedule. The buddy program is the best example to show that Advantere and Comillas is a community, it shows that as Alumni the organization IS still part of their life, not a part of life which they have grown and left.
