At Advantere School of Management, we are delighted to announce that Patricia Gil-Casares has been appointed as our new Employability, Career Services & Talent Management Director. With her extensive background in talent management, psychology, and human resources, Patricia is ready to lead a new chapter in employability and career development for our students and staff.
A Natural Transition in Leadership
Patricia succeeds Blanca Goómez González, who has set a strong foundation for employability and alumni relations at Advantere. Building on Blanca’s excellent work, Patricia will ensure continuity while bringing fresh perspectives to help our students thrive in an evolving professional landscape.
From Strengths Coaching to Career Services
Earlier this year, Patricia shared her expertise as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, introducing our community to the transformative impact of the CliftonStrengths methodology. Her work has empowered students and staff to recognize and maximize their talents, fostering self-awareness and confidence.
Now, in her new role as Career Services Director, Patricia will expand this mission, aligning employability initiatives with Advantere’s values of sustainability, social impact, and kind leadership.
Continuity and Innovation
Patricia emphasizes that employability is not the work of one department alone:
“Everything we do at Advantere, from the academic side to student support, administration, and partnerships, contributes to making our students more employable. Each department, through its specific functions, adds value to this shared mission, which is always a collective effort.”
She also highlights that managing staff talent and cultivating a strong internal culture are equally important. By defining who we are and why we choose to be at Advantere, Patricia aims to strengthen the sense of community within the school.
Strengthening Student Experience and Industry Connections
Under her leadership, Advantere will continue to offer students high-quality support services, career guidance, and access to valuable networks. Patricia will play a key role in connecting students with industry leaders through seminars, conferences, and mentorship opportunities.
This holistic approach ensures that Advantere graduates not only enter the job market with confidence but also embody the values of kind and transformative leadership.
Looking Ahead as Career Services Director
Patricia Gil-Casares will carry forward Blanca’s legacy while driving new initiatives that combine personal growth, employability, and talent development. Her vision reinforces Advantere’s mission to prepare future leaders with both competence and conscience.
Together, we continue building a school where education and employability go hand in hand, shaping professionals ready to create meaningful impact.
