Our collaboration with Georgetown University reflects a shared academic and ethical commitment to sustainability as a core pillar of education. This strategic partnership reinforces our conviction that sustainability should be embedded across all programs, serving as a foundation rather than an external addition.
How we do it?
We aim to become the leading School of Management for social and environmental impact. Not by claiming it—but by proving it, every day, through our actions, our people, and our purpose.
Academic Integration
Sustainability is embedded into our curriculum, both through a dedicated course and as a transversal theme across all subjects.

Georgetown University Residency
All three master’s programs include an international module at Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) focused on sustainability, social impact, and ethical leadership.

Observatorio de Impacto
Is a platform created by Transcendent and Ontier, for business leaders who believe in a new way of creating value that integrates economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Through this partnership, Advantere contributes academic insight to help inspire and grow the number of companies committed to transformative change.
Impact Bridge
We work with Impact Bridge to develop a report on the systemic impact of SOCIMIs. Using tuTECHÔ as a real case, the study explores how social real estate models can drive long-term, inclusive growth by combining financial sustainability with meaningful social impact.
