Building a career requires more than academic knowledge. Students also need opportunities to apply what they learn, understand their strengths, explore different professional paths and connect with the realities of the job market.

At Advantere School of Management, these elements are integrated throughout the student experience. The Employability & Careers Report 2026 provides an overview of this model and the results achieved through the combined efforts of students, faculty, mentors, career advisors, alumni and partner organizations.

Applying knowledge to real challenges

Professional environments rarely present clearly defined problems with a single correct solution. They require people who can analyze complex situations, collaborate with others and make decisions with limited information.

Through Project-Based Learning, Advantere students apply their knowledge to real challenges presented by companies and organizations. Working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams allows them to experience different perspectives and develop solutions in conditions that reflect the professional world.

This practical approach helps students strengthen abilities increasingly valued by employers, including:

  • Strategic thinking
  • Adaptability
  • Problem-solving
  • Communication
  • Collaboration
  • Human understanding

By connecting academic learning with action, students gain practical experience while developing greater confidence in their ability to respond to unfamiliar situations.

Personalized guidance for different career paths

Every student arrives at Advantere with a different background, set of interests and professional ambition. For this reason, career support must recognize that there is no single path that works for everyone.

Advantere’s employability model combines group activities with personalized support through:

  • One-on-one mentoring and coaching
  • Individual career advising
  • Professional development workshops
  • Networking opportunities
  • Company presentations and recruitment activities
  • Guidance for international students entering the Spanish job market

This support helps students clarify their goals, recognize the value of their individual profiles and make informed decisions about their next professional steps.

Career preparation is therefore not limited to writing a résumé or practicing for an interview. It is also a process of self-awareness, exploration and personal growth.

Connecting students with companies and organizations

Direct contact with the professional world is another essential part of the Advantere experience.

During the academic year, 936 professional opportunities were shared with students:

  • 680 graduate programs
  • 256 off-cycle internships

Advantere also works with more than 100 partner companies and organizations, connecting students with different industries, roles and professional environments.

These relationships create opportunities for students to engage with professionals, understand what organizations are looking for and gain exposure to real career possibilities. At the same time, companies can connect with internationally minded talent prepared to contribute in complex and multicultural environments.

Preparing an international community for global careers

More than 35 nationalities are represented across the Advantere community. This diversity makes multicultural collaboration part of students’ daily learning experience.

Working with classmates, faculty members, mentors and professionals from different countries helps students develop cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate across borders. International students also receive support in understanding the Spanish job market and navigating the specific challenges involved in building a career abroad.

This exposure prepares students for professional environments in which teams, clients and business challenges increasingly extend beyond one country or culture.

Results built through a continuous process

According to the Employability & Careers Report 2026, 95% of Advantere students receive a job offer within three months of graduation.

This result reflects a much broader journey. Behind it are months of practical learning, personalized guidance, professional exploration and engagement with companies and organizations.

It also represents individual stories: students identifying new possibilities, gaining confidence, overcoming uncertainty or finding opportunities aligned with their goals and values.

Advantere’s employability model prepares students for their next professional step while helping them develop the mindset and skills needed to continue adapting throughout their careers.
