At Advantere, we believe that management education must be a force for good. That’s why our social impact projects go beyond the classroom, connecting students with real organizations, real challenges, and real purpose.
This year, students from our three master’s programs—Finance, International Management, and Talent Management (HR)—took part in powerful Project-Based Learning (PBL) experiences. Each one addressed a social issue, combining business knowledge with empathy, strategy, and action.
Here’s how they made a difference.
Turning Finance Into a Tool for Impact
Master in Finance x tuTECHÔ
How do you measure something as intangible as “social good”? Our Finance students faced that challenge head-on in collaboration with tuTECHÔ, a real estate company with a human mission: providing sustainable housing for vulnerable communities.
The students analyzed tuTECHÔ’s portfolio, measured its social impact, and benchmarked costs, transforming non-financial outcomes like employability and health into concrete metrics.
“We showed that words like social improvement can be valued,” said student Santiago Suárez.
It was a bold lesson: that finance can serve both profitability and purpose. Learn more about the project here.
Rethinking What Success Means
Master in International Management x ECCA Social
In partnership with ECCA Social, an organization supporting women affected by domestic violence, our MIM students worked to redesign how impact is assessed.
Moving beyond basic KPIs, they developed new tools to capture deep, long-term outcomes, like psychological well-being, financial independence, and social reintegration.
Through interviews, data analysis, and fieldwork, they helped ECCA Social show funders the full scope of their work.
Behind every number is a story. A name. A future being rebuilt.

Putting People at the Center of HR
Master in Talent Management (HR) x Moda re-
With Moda re-, a cooperative supported by Cáritas, our HR students tackled key challenges in onboarding, training, and staff engagement within their retail operations.
They visited warehouses, spoke to employees, and designed people-first strategies to boost motivation and belonging, aligned with Moda re-’s mission of social inclusion and circular economy.
«Onboarding is like building bridges,” said student Emilia Carrión. “We weren’t just designing processes, we were laying foundations for transformation.»

Social Impact Projects That Turn Learning Into Action
These social impact projects show what happens when knowledge meets purpose. Students don’t just apply what they learn—they grow, lead, and contribute to something bigger.
And that’s exactly what Advantere stands for.
