Generative AI is rapidly reshaping how we learn, work, and make decisions. From content creation to data analysis, its impact is already visible across industries—and education is no exception.
At Advantere School of Management, we are not just observing this transformation. We are actively bringing it into the classroom.
Through a new pilot project developed in collaboration with Google, Advantere is integrating tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM Plus into the student learning experience, exploring how generative AI can enhance both teaching and learning in a meaningful, applied way.
What this pilot with Google is about
This initiative is designed as a hands-on, real-world exploration of how generative AI can be embedded into higher education.
Rather than treating AI as a standalone topic, the project focuses on integrating it directly into the academic journey—ensuring that students engage with these tools in a practical and relevant context.
By working with Google’s latest AI technologies, Advantere is positioning itself at the forefront of innovation in business education.
How we are integrating AI into the learning experience
The pilot follows a structured and incremental approach, allowing the school to measure its impact and continuously refine the experience.
It includes:
- A hands-on AI bootcamp, designed to introduce students to the tools and their real-world applications
- An academic roadmap, where AI is embedded across selected courses
- A final Capstone project, supported by NotebookLM, as part of the students’ evaluation
This methodology ensures that students don’t just learn about AI—they actively use it, experiment with it, and reflect on its implications.
Why generative AI matters for students today
The rise of generative AI is transforming the skills required in today’s job market. Employers are increasingly looking for professionals who not only understand these technologies, but can also apply them critically and responsibly.
Through this pilot, Advantere aims to:
- Strengthen students’ employability
- Develop practical AI skills
- Foster critical thinking in technology-driven environments
Ultimately, the goal is to prepare students to navigate—and lead—in a world where AI is becoming a fundamental part of how organizations operate.
Advantere among early adopters in Spain
Advantere is part of a growing ecosystem of institutions in Spain exploring the potential of generative AI in education.
Among other initiatives:
- The University of Jaén (UJA) has partnered with Google as a preferred institution for Gemini implementation
- The University of Zaragoza (UNIZAR) has made tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM Plus available to its community
- Planeta Formación y Universidades, together with Accenture, is developing a large-scale AI initiative
Within this context, Advantere stands out for its applied approach, embedding AI directly into the learning process and linking it to measurable outcomes.
What’s next
This pilot marks an important step in Advantere’s commitment to innovation in education. By combining technology, hands-on learning, and critical thinking, the school continues to evolve its methodology to reflect the realities of today’s professional world.
As generative AI continues to advance, initiatives like this will play a key role in shaping how future leaders are trained.
