This international school of management operates under the Society of Jesus, in collaboration with Deusto and Comillas, with Georgetown University, which serves as a strategic academic partner.

Extensive Business Leadership Experience
Juan de la Guardia brings significant experience in business leadership. After earning his degree in Technical Engineering from Comillas ICAI, he began his career at the German multinational Thyssenkrupp. There, he held senior positions across Spain and international markets, eventually becoming CEO of the Southern Europe Division for Accessibility.
In recent years, he founded several companies, including Aumentta Strategy Advisors, a startup focused on business digitalization for small and micro enterprises. Additionally, he co-founded Holistic Real Estate Investments, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organizational consulting, and real estate investment banking.
